Prop firm challenge simulator

Fail the evaluation here,
not with real capital.

FundedLab runs a funded-account evaluation over historical price action. Profit target, daily loss, maximum drawdown and minimum trading days are enforced on every fill — the same way a firm enforces them, including the intrabar wick that takes you out.

The rule set

Four limits. Break one and the account is finished.

Every one is evaluated server side against the ledger — not estimated in the browser, and not checked only when you close a position.

Profit target

Reach the phase objective — 8% is the usual first step — without breaking anything else.

Daily loss limit

Equity, not realised P&L. An open position in drawdown counts against you the moment the candle prints.

Maximum drawdown

Static from the starting balance, or trailing behind your peak equity. Touch it and the account is gone.

Minimum trading days

One lucky session does not pass an evaluation. The day count is enforced alongside the target.

How it works

Configure, trade, clear the phase.

Enforcement

The engine does not take your word for it

Equity is recomputed from the ledger on every fill and on every replay candle. When a limit is touched, open positions are closed at that exact mark and written into the journal as liquidations, so the final P&L is the one the rules produced.

  • Intrabar breaches are caught at the candle extreme, not at the close.
  • Automatic liquidation closes the book and cancels pending orders.
  • Compliance events such as two-minute scalps are logged for review.

  1. 1 Configure the account Set funding, phases, profit target, daily loss, maximum drawdown and the minimum trading days. Those are the limits the engine will hold you to.
  2. 2 Trade the replay Historical price action, one candle at a time, with no way to see the next bar. Every fill is checked against the rules as it happens.
  3. 3 Pass, or get liquidated Clear the target and the next phase opens with a reset balance. Breach a limit and open positions are closed at that mark and the account locks.
  4. 4 Collect the certificate Clearing the final phase issues a verifiable certificate you can print or share.
Questions

Before you open an account.

No. FundedLab is a simulator. It reproduces the rules a prop firm evaluates you against so you can practise trading inside them, but no capital is allocated and no order reaches an exchange.

On equity, including open positions, at the adverse extreme of each replay candle. A wick through your limit breaches the account even if the candle closes back inside it — which is how a real firm measures it.

Open positions are liquidated at the breaching mark, pending orders are cancelled, and the account is locked permanently. The ledger keeps every fill so the post-mortem is honest.

Yes. Each challenge is its own account with its own rules; duplicate one to retry the same configuration with a clean slate.

In this application only. FundedLab runs on its own database and its own accounts, separate from any other tool you use.

Open an evaluation account, trade the replay, and see whether the rules or the market takes you out first.
